“This is none other than the house of God; this is the gate of heaven.”
(Gen.28.17)
Following three months of closure due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are open again for services. These are taking place at 9.00am and 11.15am on Sundays.

Before all else, the Cathedral is a place of worship. It is probably through worship that the Cathedral comes to life in a very special and sacred way. Around it the life of the Christian community rotates, and from its acts of worship finds cohesion and life, as it is brought together and nourished by God, Creator and Redeemer.
All are welcome to join us at the Cathedral for any of our acts of worship: our daily Eucharist, Morning and Evening Prayer or Evensong, and especially our Sunday acts of worship.
Please click the links in the menu to the left for more information about the time and place of these services, for a detailed music and liturgy scheme, or to read the regular newsletter, the Weekly Notes.
