Children in Sunday School from Years 4-6 who are not currently receiving Holy Communion will be prepared in Sunday School in November to start receiving. Please make every effort to bring your child to all Sundays in November so that they can receive this preparation. Their First Communion will be the first Sunday in Advent (30th November 2025).
If your child previously went through First Communion preparation with Canon Jan and are already receiving, then you do not need to fill in this form.
To receive Holy Communion, one must be baptised. If your child has not been baptised, and you would like to enquire about baptising them, please fill in the form below to register your interest.
