The Girls of the Cathedral Choir perform their annual service of Christmas music and reflections with Harpist Marged Hall. Featuring music from Benjamin Britten’s Ceremony of Carols and John Rutter’s Dancing Day.

To get fully in the Festive Spirit, join the Cathedral Choir for their Annual Christmas Concerts. The choir will perform music by composers including Mack Wilberg, Philip Stopford, and ‘Mr Christmas’ himself, John Rutter. There will also be Audience participation carols and a few fun surprises along the way! Mulled Wine and Mince Pies will be available.

A Service of Nine Lessons and Carols

23rd & 24th December | 4.00pm

Tickets for both services of Nine Lessons and Carols are fully booked.

If you are attending this service and have a ticket, please go to the Prebendal House to wait for admission. Admission will start at 3.15pm. Please ensure you are seated by 3.45pm, or your reservations may be redistributed.

If you do not have a ticket but wish to attend, limited seating may be available in the Lady Chapel. Please go to the South East door and wait to be admitted. We are sorry that we are unable to guarantee a seat for everyone without a ticket.
