Wales’s contribution to testosterone-fuelled operatic singing, the Ten Welsh Tenors are back by popular demand with an amazing concert featuring ten of the finest tenors from all over Wales with a feast of sumptuous popular operatic delights for this special gala event. The ten tenors will take to the stage and raise the roof in aid of Welsh Hearts, Wales’ leading heart charity, on Friday 1 December at 7.15pm.
The tenors will be joined by guest sopranos on the evening to perform heart-warming renditions of favourite arias and duets, including a helping of Christmas classics to get everyone in the mood for the festive season.
Since Welsh Hearts was established in 2013, the charity has supplied over 900 public access defibrillators across Wales, as well as training over 35,000 people in defibrillator use and CPR, and screening over 1,400 young people for heart abnormalities. All proceeds from ‘The Ten Tenors at Christmas’ goes towards the ‘Keep Wales Ticking’ appeal, which aims to provide even more defibrillators in Welsh schools and communities.
Tickets are £20 and are available from Welsh Hearts.
